
Vayu Vinyasa Yoga - Livestream
Vayu Vinyasa Yoga is inspired from Tibetan and Himalayan Vedic wisdom traditions. Through their exploration of the body, breath, & meditation, the ancient yogis discovered that Prana (life force energy) could be further subdivided into energetic components they called Vayus (Inner Body Winds).
There are 5 Vayus that govern different areas of the body and each have subtle yet distinct energetic qualities, including specific functions and directions of flow. Each Vinyasa style class will focus on one or more Vayus to bring more conscious control and cultivation to create optimal health and well-being and activate the primordial Kundalini energy within.
