Gentle Yoga & Meditation - Livestream

Gentle Yoga uses a slower pace and mostly seated and kneeling poses, and simple transitions, with a focus on connecting your mind, body, and breath. Props and modifications are offered and encouraged. Relax your mind while building strength and flexibility in your body. Meditations are integrated throughout.

Gentle Yoga is for you if:
- You’re new to yoga or returning after a break
- You want to move your body with kindness
- You’re managing chronic pain, fatigue, or limited mobility
